During the late summer of 1985, Russell & James, two of the companies partners, worked 'Le Vendage' (the grape harvest) in & around the small Bordeaux village of St. Emillion. Thus began an intrinsic & unwavering relationship with wine.

The wine list in Novello is a collaboration of wines from France, Spain & Italy, many of them sourced personally whilst travelling around the vineyards & producers of Europe. Four of our house wines are exclusive to La Bucca & Novello in Ireland.
